Data Center Supply And Installation — Vendor - Neutral Procurement And On - Site Delivery

Procure and install data center infrastructure with vendor-neutral engineering oversight across power, cooling, ELV, fire protection and structured cabling. Our Supply & Installation service combines transparent procurement, on-site execution and pre-commissioning readiness.

WHAT THIS SERVICE COVERS

End - To - End Procurement And Installation With Engineering Judgement And Commercial Transparency

The Supply and Installation service covers the procurement and physical installation of all non-IT data center infrastructure — power, cooling, ELV, fire protection, structured cabling, and civil ancillaries. Equipment selection is based solely on technical fit for the specific project requirements and commercial value for the client. Costs are passed through at cost plus a clearly stated management fee, and clients see every purchase order before it is placed. On-site installation management and pre-commissioning checks are included as standard, ensuring that all equipment is installed correctly and ready for the Testing and Commissioning programme.

WHAT WE DELIVER

Deliverables From This Engagement

WHY TECHNAVIOUS

Why Vendor - Neutral Procurement Matters For Data Center Equipment

Equipment decisions made without a financial interest in the outcome are better decisions.

No preferred vendor panel, no referral fees

Every equipment recommendation is based on technical fit for the specific project. Technavious does not operate a preferred vendor panel, does not accept vendor rebates, and does not earn a margin on equipment supply. The management fee is stated clearly and is the only commercial interest Technavious has in the procurement process.

Engineering-driven selection, not purchasing-driven

Equipment selection is conducted by the engineers who understand the design intent, not by a procurement function optimising for cost or supplier relationships. This produces better technical outcomes and fewer change orders during installation.

Transparent cost pass-through

Clients see every purchase order before it is placed. Equipment costs are passed through at the price Technavious pays, plus the agreed management fee. There are no hidden markups, no bundled costs, and no retrospective cost reconciliation at project close.

HOW WE WORK

How The Supply And Installation Programme Works

03
PHASE 03

Installation Management

On-site installation supervision. ITP checkpoint sign-offs. Non-conformance management.

04
PHASE 04

Pre - Commissioning

Installation completeness checks, equipment integrity validation, and pre-commissioning documentation package delivered.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Vendor-neutral procurement means we evaluate all technically suitable suppliers for each equipment category based on technical fit, commercial value, delivery reliability, and warranty terms. We do not maintain preferred vendor relationships and do not receive commercial benefits from any equipment manufacturer. The selection recommendation is based purely on what is best for the project.

Yes. Supply and Installation can be engaged as a standalone service for clients who have their own project management resource or who have appointed a separate PMC. In standalone engagements, we work within the client's governance framework and report to the client's project manager.

Vendor delivery performance and specification compliance are tracked against the agreed purchase order terms. For late or non-compliant deliveries, we manage the commercial resolution with the vendor, including warranty claims, replacement supply, and programme impact assessment. Clients are kept informed of any delivery issues as they arise, not retrospectively.

Yes. Brownfield installation management in live environments requires additional planning for equipment access, temporary infrastructure provisions, and co-ordination with the operations team to avoid service disruptions. These requirements are identified and planned at the scoping stage, and the installation programme is structured to minimise operational risk.
